These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jlibet and all services offered through jlibet.club. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing jlibet, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jlibet ("jlibet," "we," "our," "the Platform"), the operator of jlibet.club. By registering an account, accessing the jlibet platform, or placing any wager or bet through our services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of jlibet and refrain from registering or accessing any part of the platform. Your continued use of jlibet after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Access to jlibet is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. jlibet reserves the right to demand proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings or bonuses accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
jlibet's services are offered to players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence before registering or wagering. jlibet makes no representation that its services are legally accessible outside the Philippines.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, that you are not under any legal incapacity, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jlibet. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances are subject to immediate forfeiture and account closure.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
jlibet is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID) and any other documentation requested to verify your identity, address, and source of funds. jlibet may restrict account functionality, including withdrawal processing, until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlibet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords with any third party. You agree to notify jlibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlibet shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
All transactions conducted through your jlibet account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are your sole responsibility. jlibet is entitled to rely on any instructions received through your account as if they were given by you personally, unless you have previously notified jlibet of a security breach.
jlibet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlibet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not expressly listed on the platform's deposit page.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed on the jlibet deposit page and may vary by payment method. jlibet reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Funds deposited and applied to wagers are not refundable. Deposits that have not yet been wagered may be subject to withdrawal processing as described in Section 5. jlibet reserves the right to withhold refunds where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts (KYC completed). Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. jlibet reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
jlibet targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts submitting requests during business hours. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule and may take 1–3 banking days. jlibet provides no guarantee of specific processing times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jlibet wallet page. jlibet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
If a jlibet account remains inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, jlibet may impose a monthly maintenance fee on the remaining balance. Accounts inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed, with any remaining balance subject to applicable regulations.
All wagers placed on jlibet are subject to the specific rules of each individual game, as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering. Game rules govern payouts, bet limits, and resolution of all game outcomes.
A wager is only accepted once confirmed by jlibet's system and a confirmation reference is issued. Network interruptions or browser issues that prevent confirmation do not constitute an accepted wager. jlibet shall not be liable for wagers that fail to complete due to technical interruptions beyond our control.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or platform feature, jlibet reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to affected players' accounts. The decision of jlibet's technical team regarding malfunctions is final. No compensation beyond stake return will be provided for malfunction-related incidents.
jlibet reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on an obvious error in game display, odds, or pricing. Obvious errors (commonly called "palpable errors") are those that any reasonable player would recognize as incorrect. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be honored.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by jlibet are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and time limits. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. jlibet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus structures — including through multiple account creation, coordinated wagering with other players, or bet-hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlibet reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
jlibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes to that specific offer unless there is evidence of abuse.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlibet and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
jlibet reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and other relevant authorities.
All content on jlibet.club — including but not limited to the jlibet name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, text, and software — is the intellectual property of jlibet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jlibet solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any content or intellectual property is transferred to you by these Terms or your use of jlibet. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any jlibet content without our prior written consent.

jlibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, suspicious wagering patterns, regulatory requirement, or a player's own request. Where an account is closed for cause (e.g., fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering), any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.
You may request closure of your jlibet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any verified, unwagered balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to your registered payment method upon verification of identity and completion of any pending withdrawal requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlibet's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jlibet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of expected profits or winnings, or loss of business opportunity, even if jlibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlibet does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, and third-party service failures may affect platform availability. jlibet is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlibet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to notify jlibet in writing of the nature of the dispute and allow jlibet thirty (30) days to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. jlibet's customer support team is available to address complaints and disputes through informal resolution processes in the first instance.
jlibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the jlibet platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of jlibet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease all use of jlibet and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
